Elder Healthcare Services began in 2018 when Bobby, a former Medicaid department director, saw families struggle with endless paperwork, denied claims, and conflicting advice. Determined to give New Yorkers straight answers and peace of mind, he built EHS as a one-stop solution for Medicaid planning-eliminating the runaround and prioritizing transparency at every step. A key milestone: the creation of EHS's own Pooled Income Trust, developed in-house after seeing clients' frustration with outside options. This focus on problem-solving and honest guidance shapes everything we do today, giving clients the consistency and clarity they need to move forward.
